Combining experience in print design and an interest in Systems' Approach Vedic astrology, I was inspired to structure an astrological chart summary to display the most important basic Systems’ Approach data. A guideline was to raise the presentation of the material beyond the standards of aesthetics and clarity offered in computer printouts. This led to an organized quick reference for an individual's rising sign, then to a designed format for Systems’ Approach audio-reading transcription, then to a general transcription format for all readings. A better presentation for divisional charts (see Glossary) is planned, and other projects will be contemplated.

It is my belief that those who respect astrology deserve clear, comprehensive, reasonably attractive, personalized references. As a projection of the opportunities and challenges unfolding for an individual from the moment of birth, the information itself deserves adequate presentation.

The only details needed to begin such a summary are an individual’s accurate birth: date, time, and location.

Parashara's Light, one of the most accurate Vedic astrology softwares, and Jyotish Tools, one of the few softwares geared to Systems’ Approach, are used derive the necessary data, which is then manually incorporated into a one-page summary reflecting the basic information used in a Systems’ Approach interpretation.
